Endorsements for Feed Your Brain: How to Boost Your Brainpower With Food
One of Dr. Norman's many strengths is her ability to explain complex biological processes in ways that everyone can understand. My understanding of nutrition and its impact on health has increased greatly thanks to Dr. Norman.
Dr. Norman's presentations combine her deep scientific understanding of how the body functions with her extensive knowledge of diet and nutrition. At the same time, she is very approachable and her advice is eminently practical, coming as it is from a mom with lots of experience with children. It's a great combination.
Dr. Norman's book, Feed Your Brain, has been well received by parents in our organization who were looking for ways to foster healthy eating habits in their children. The book is a very useful tool-scientifically based but quite readable.

Dr. Philippa's presentation on the link between diet and learning in the classroom and how diet impacts the brain has had a tremendous impact on school board members and the superintendent within our immediate school district, to the point of encouraging the district to transform its school lunch program to a healthy model. Dr. Norman has been a great asset to our program, and I highly recommend her work.
