This is an exciting time - we are rapidly learning more about how healthy food, exercise, and stress reduction can help our brains to work better now and keep us mentally sharp in years to come, as well.

 

Sound like a lot of work? You can take small steps - for instance, you can drink a few cups of green tea, add flax seeds to your morning cereal, or practice an enjoyable 10 minutes of relaxation every day to boost your brain health. Kids can learn to make healthier versions of their favorite snacks to make a smooth transition from junk food to brainfood.
