Learn how to protect your memory, reduce stress, and feel more energized.
Have fun while you learn how to enhance and protect your memory! In this interactive workshop, you will learn:
• The basics of how memory works and how our brains change with age
• How to choose brainfoods to help you maintain brain health
• Which foods and supplements can help with stress, depression and anxiety
• Breathing and relaxation techniques to use every day... you will have an opportunity to practice guided imagery and journaling to energize you and help you create a healthier life path.
